From June to mid September, we only accept weekly bookings, Saturday to Saturday.
For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
If you can't find availability for your preferred dates, or if your travel plans don't fit our booking policy, please fill out the contact form with your specific request. We'll get back to you shortly, and we will help you find a solution.
Payment & cancellation
50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance payment is required 65 days before arrival.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival – full refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival – 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival – no refund.

The villa enjoys a truly privileged position. Immersed in nature and silence, it is still conveniently close to all main services, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. In just five to ten minutes by car, you can reach the charming towns of Salò, Puegnago, and San Felice, as well as the beaches of our beautiful Lake.
We are located about one hour by car from Bergamo and Verona airports, and about two hours from Venice and Milan Malpensa.
The nearest train stations are Brescia and Desenzano del Garda, approximately a 30-minute drive away.
Private transfer and car rental service are also available for your convenience.
